lithophane lamp
thingiverse
I designed myself the base and top of this project in Fusion 360. To fit snugly into its designated slots, the litho's width must be precisely 79mm. Adding a 3mm border around each lithophane is essential for achieving optimal results. I opted to use a high-intensity 2.5W G4 LED light source, which requires a power supply of 220V. The model was printed at an impressive resolution of 0.2mm, with a speed of 45mm/s and 100% infill density for the litho, while maintaining a moderate 20% infill density for both the base and top. White PLA was used to create the intricate litho design, while black PLA was reserved for the base and top components. If you have any questions or concerns about this project, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and if you're satisfied with the outcome, feel free to show your appreciation with a tip!
