Lithophane Frame Box - Customizable

I'm thrilled that many of you have customized this for your own lithos! Please share pictures with your remixes; I'd love to see them ❤️ This project was inspired by ManBearPig2114's Lithophane Frame Box - Vertical thing on Thingiverse. I loved its simplicity, but my chosen photo was horizontal instead of vertical. With multiple photos to print for the holidays as gifts, each with different aspect ratios and sizes, I tried to create a customizable thing in openScad so I wouldn't have to make a custom frame for each one. You can also adjust the viewing angle; smaller angles provide more space inside the box. This design should accommodate some LED strips and a battery too. The lithophane is meant to rest in the stand and be removable when you want to turn off the lights. This setup makes it easy to swap out photos if desired. I may experiment with adding an optional small hole on the back, allowing for a small clip in a candelabra socket or bulb, or running wiring through. This is my first thing, and I'm still learning openScad, so I hope you enjoy! ## Pro Tip If your tea lights aren't bright enough or lighting the whole thing evenly, try adding tinfoil inside the box to increase reflectivity. This idea came from ManBearPig2114's example on Thingiverse. ## 12/15/18 update After printing it, I realized there wasn't enough space for my tea lights. The back had a thickness that was largely unnecessary, wasting space inside the box. The back thickness is much lower now, which might have an added benefit of printing slightly faster for some. In addition to decreasing the thickness, you can now configure how much extra depth you need (measured from the top of the frame), so you don't encounter the same problem I did initially.
