This cross-platform program creates lithophanes of any size from digital photos. It includes a sample object, with recent updates focusing on image filtering to minimize failed extrusion. Earlier changes involved fixing minor bugs and implementing OpenGL preview. Requires Python and Qt; installation varies per OS. To use, open an image, set parameters, save as an OBJ file, load it, adjust settings in the printing software, and print. Note that the program is a work in progress with some features yet to be implemented such as ring generation for hanging lithophanes or cropping abilities. The code is currently considered messy.
