<p>Lithophane Christmas ball made from &nbsp;the &nbsp;Lithophanemaker.com sphere tool .<a href="https://lithophanemaker.com/Lithophane%20Sphere.html">https://lithophanemaker.com/Lithophane%20Sphere.html</a><br>Just upload a picture which you prefer and insert the settings :<br><br>*Flip image<br>*Fit image to Sphere &nbsp;or use “crop image” depending on what image you're using<br>- Lithophane Resolution : 0.20<br>- Sphere Diameter : 100mm<br>- Maximum thickness : 2.4mm<br>- Minimum Thickness: 0.6mm<br>- Cylinder outer diameter : 20mm<br>- Cylinder height : 15mm<br>- Cylinder thickness : 2.4mm<br>- Cylinder ledge outer diameter : 25mm<br>- Top hole outer diameter : 0&nbsp;<br><br>Print upside down .<br>Print settings i used :<br><br>I used white &nbsp;Esun PLA+<br>- 0.4mm nozzle&nbsp;<br>- 0.15mm layer height &nbsp;( 0.15 Quality)<br>- Stock prusaslicer settings&nbsp;<br>- 100% infill<br>- No support ,you do get some slight strings on top of the ball which are visable .So you could use some support there but it is not necessary.<br>-Speed : its imported to not print this too fast (around 40mm/s )<br>- 7.5hour print time and aprox 40grams of filament is used<br>&nbsp;</p>
