M3 x 20 screws are employed to keep things simple. Stand Print Settings: The stand's print settings aren't crucial. A layer height of 0.3mm at 10% infill was used. Barrel Version Details A 5.5 x 2.1 mm barrel is required for the barrel version. Tolerances are tight; plastic on the barrel has been sanded on all six sides, resulting in a secure friction fit. For the barrel version, use the CenterSmall Taller model. Lithophane Settings Lithophane models were created using 3dp.rocks/lithophane. Photos of settings are attached. Lithophanes were printed vertically at 0.1mm layer height and 99% infill. Model Settings:

Maximum Width: 100mm

Maximum Thickness: 3mm

Thinnest Layer: 0.8mm

Image Settings:

Positive Image

Slicer Settings (Cura 3.6)

Layer Height: 0.1mm (0.12 for faster printing with minimal detail loss)

Infill Speed: 45mm/s

Outer Wall Speed: 35mm/s

Inner Wall Speed: 40mm/s

Top/Btm Speed: 20mm/s

Travel Speed: 100mm/s

Photo Editing Settings: I use Paint.NET for photo editing. Key is to have square photos (100x100 output). In Paint.NET:

Click "Image" at the top

Click Canvas Size

Define your anchor; I usually click on center

Uncheck Maintain Aspect Ratio

Match Height with Width px count

Save and upload your photo
