Lithophane Backlight Lamp Holder IKEA STRALA

This is a lamp holder designed specifically for backlighting a lithophane. I purchased the Strala cord set* and needed something sturdy enough to hold it behind the lithophane, so I decided to design this custom holder. I chose to invert the light bulb in order to achieve even illumination of the lithophane, taking into account that the LED bulb is an IKEA RYET E12 200 lumen*. Printing: My print settings are detailed below. The holder is designed to be sturdy and rigid, so I set my infill to 40% to minimize print time while maintaining its stability. Setup: For an E12 sized Fixture (Strala): To assemble the fixture, you will need to print the Round Bulb Holder Insert, which should be placed on the threaded Strala cord's bulb fixture end. Then, place the Strala Cord inverted on the holder and screw in the appropriate bulb. Finally, position the lithophane in front at the desired distance. Refer to the photos for further clarification. For a E26 sized Fixture (Standard 60w fixtures): Once printed, simply place the fixture end of the cord inverted on the holder, then screw in the appropriate bulb and place the lithophane in front at the desired distance. You will only need supports for the lamp holder's lip; the feet do not require any due to their low angle. Design note: I initially planned to print the "Dowel Lamp With Low Poly Shade" design from Thingiverse but later modified a piece from that design to fit my specific needs, giving credit where it is due for this lovely design. Lithophane Notes: I chose not to include a lithophane guide as there are many excellent resources available. I used http://3dp.rocks/ and the design advice given on RCLIFEON's YouTube channel to create mine. A key tip for achieving better results is to print at a slower pace.
