This remix 1. Eliminated the need for support when printing the base. 2. Trimmed the height of the "legs" to keep the slides from moving once the unit is assembled. 3. Trimmed the top of the "legs" to ensure that they snapped into place. To print the slides, I edited the pictures in Photoshop. Cropped to square, black/white, separated the major parts of the image into layers, faded unnecessary parts of the image, saved. Open Cura and click "Open File(s)...". Change the "Color Model" to "Translucency" and the "1mm Transmittance (%)" to 40. See the image for the exact settings. I used a plain flat white filament. My C7 single bulb cord with switch plugged into the base with zero issues. I tried a 5000k (Chinese manufactured) bulb, but it didn't work. This Amazon cord comes with a 3000k bulb. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W726LD5
