Another innovative Lithopane Light Box design centers around 5050 SMD LED light strips complete with IR remote control and RGB controller functionality. A plain base is included for those who prefer not to use the LED light strip. Assembly Instructions: Two cable ties, leftover from a Prusa Kit, are required. Four M3 screws are necessary; self-tapping screws can also be used as an alternative. The corners glue to the 'Base Top', ensuring that the small fillet on the inside of the corners is positioned at the top. This supports the 'Top Pane Support'. The Top Pane Support glues to the inner tops of the corners. The Box top press fits onto this assembly. Using the specified LED strip lights, IR receiver, and Power socket, they are pressed into place within the lower base, secured with a cable tie. The Upper base then screws onto the lower base. The LED strip wraps around the cone, pressing it firmly onto the base. The RGB controller sits inside the cone. Finally, the cone lid is placed on top to conceal everything. With proper cable management, this setup should fit seamlessly. 5050 LED Tip: When set solely to white, they can become quite warm at full brightness, so adjust the brightness accordingly.
