Lithopane Frame

Lithopane Frame

Here's a frame that I designed specifically to showcase lithopane prints created with the Cura slicer. To get started, simply drag your preferred image onto the Cura program and drop it in - this will generate these prints instantly. My own lithopanes measured 80 mm wide, so I tailored the frame to fit snugly around them. Just slide them into place for a seamless display. You'll need to secure the battery pack within the rectangular slot on the back, but don't worry - it's an easy process. The battery packs I sourced come equipped with switches, and the LED backlight glides effortlessly through its designated slots. To print this part, be sure to use supports and then carefully remove them once they're printed. Cleaning up was a breeze, and the result is well worth the effort. I opted for PLA at 200C hot end and 60C bed temp for the perfect finish. LED backlight: sourced from Ada-fruit Battery holder: purchased through Amazon For reference, be sure to check out the included photos for part numbers. UPDATE: I've since added a foot component that allows you to display the frame at an angle - simply print two of them and get ready to showcase your lithopane prints in style.
