Lithopane Carousel
thingiverse
Have you been searching for a way to brighten up a dimly lit space in your room WITH LITHOPANES? This uses four submersible tea lights, eight glass marbles, and one bamboo skewer cut into four seventy-millimeter pieces. It fits the one hundred millimeter lithopanes that can be created so easily at 3dp.rocks. When creating the lithopane, select "outer curve" shape, and everything else is default (including the one hundred millimeter model size). The "Original Draudi" and the "Hollow Draudi" were created by BCN3D. If you don't want a rotating carousel, this can work just fine as a single plate for two lithopanes, or two plates stacked (four lithopanes) without the rotation that the Draudi provides. Fun fact: "Draudi" is a portmanteau of the words "dragon" and the name "Gaudi", the Spanish artist who made the Dragon fountain at Parc Guell in Barcelona. The lithopane I included here shows "La Sagrada Familia," Gaudi's greatest work.
