A personalized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74322 was created using the Customizer! You can access it at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322. For instructions, set the pane size to large, disable text reversal, exclude a hole, use image file "lithopane_new20140313-13138-1jkvebk-0.dat", set text size to 10, choose standard picture shape, and add your desired text lines (up to 5) in the specified order. Additionally, select 20 layers, a horizontal picture orientation, a layer height of 0.2, keep the vertical text position at 0, and exclude a hole with a diameter of 10.
