I design a lithophane box that holds a 118x102x3.5mm picture. I print mine at 117.5x101.5x3.2mm to make it fit easily in the box. It has a hole in the back for wiring, which may require some adjustments depending on your wire choices. To secure the wire, I use hot glue inside the box. I print this model at a speed of 50-60mm/s, taking into account my printer's capabilities. For printing the top piece, I lay it flat on its top side, while the bottom is printed upright.
