Interlocking cell braces for Lithium Titanate 66160 cells. This is designed for 69.5mm busbars and support for M4 bolts. There are several models depending on your needs. The 1s brace is pretty straight forward, print as many as you need and wrestle them and the cells together. The 3s variants need to be stacked in alternating layers, so remember to print in sets according to how you want to stack. The 6s variant is fully stackable along its broadest edge. If you need to interlock more longitudanally, print 1s brackets as interlockers. For the busbars I use 2mm thick aluminium strips, 25mm wide, 94mm long. The holes are drilled at 69.5mm to 12mm, use a 13mm or 14mm bit if you need more tollerance. The v2 cell braces superceed the original, and the 3s comes in both a "regular" and "inverted" mate which you alternate for better stacking.
