The housing unit connects directly to the LiteArm i2, where it serves as a dedicated container for an embedded circuit board equipped with headers for controlling servos and featuring two LM2596 auxiliary boards. In addition to the MicroView module which handles servo operations and manages OLED display output, an ESP8266 daughter board has been incorporated to establish WiFi connectivity via the integrated ESP-01 interface. The secure mounting of the housing unit to the arm is facilitated by four M5 screws, while a pair of M3 screws is used to firmly fasten it onto the PCB. A public online platform is accessible for viewing the complete design specifications and schematics of both this housing component and its companion PCB on GitHub at https://github.com/beckdac/uArm-MicroView-esp8266. A fully developed firmware version that works in conjunction with this system can be obtained directly from the same GitHub location specified above.
