Lite+ cases

Essential Features of the Design: 1. Cases A and B share identical attachment bases, top covers, and handles. 2. The terminals lack hinged lids that may obstruct wire attachment or dictate specific wire routing directions. Design Insights: 1. The base, mid-case, and cover are engineered to be joined and sealed through heat fusion of plastic or industrial adhesives. 2. Battery components are retained by supports within the mid-case and the interior flange from the top cover. 3. Initially, terminals are threaded and affixed to the cover with a washer and nut; however, they can be modified to be directly injection molded into the cover or have a threaded insert molded in depending on needs. 4. Wires route from battery elements to the terminals. 5. The primary case color is semi-gloss black, but if time and budget permit, it could feature a fake injection-molded carbon fiber appearance (as shown in the image).
