List Defined Pin Vise Tray

This is a list defined tray for Pin Vises. This require a bit more manual tweaking than my previous designs. I added an option to allow objects to overlap adjacent objects if they have bulges in different locations. This is done with the first item of the list. If it is zero, the maximum diameter is used. If it is non zero, value is used as a diameter when spacing objects adjacent to other objects with this value non-zero. I also added the option such that cylindrical sections of diameter 0.01 mm will not be included, but their length will be. This allows offsetting an object to allow a better fit, and perhaps more than one small object in line. This more than previous designs requires you to edit the lists to match your tools. The likelihood that you have exactly the same set of pin vices as I do is zero.
