The Liquid Sugar Plant opened its doors in the Turkish city of Çumra's Integrated Sugar Facility for the first time, initiating production in June 2005 and filling a crucial market gap by providing high-quality pasteurized liquid sugar and invert sugar products. Liquid sugar proved to be highly convenient due to its hygienic properties, thus gaining significant customer interest. This sweetener can be incorporated into any product used throughout the industry. The soft drink sector experienced exceptionally high demand for liquid sugar as well as confectionery and jams producers. Based on feedback from users, not only did liquid sugar make production more efficient and reduced losses but also increased productivity by doubling daily output to 220 tons of liquid sugar production. Additional investments were made to keep up with rising demand, elevating the plant's daily capacity to a substantial 600 tons of liquid sugar.
