8/6/20 V2 hinge pin uploaded - now contoured and sized to sit snugly against the main body for a sleeker appearance. I designed an alternative version that had a much slimmer body, but it ended up using nearly the same amount of filament due to the extensive support material required. A simple application of leverage makes pushing the pump easier. Perfect for individuals with weaker wrists, arthritis, or larger tools, as they can use this design to alleviate strain and discomfort. Functioning base designed for a bottle with a 27mm diameter neck and a 30mm diameter lid. You may need to carefully shave the inner ring to achieve a perfect fit (it's a tight fit!). This design works best when paired with bottles that have a wide base, as it prevents them from toppling over. However, results may vary depending on different bottle shapes or sizes. The design should scale up without any issues, but may require some rework if scaling down due to clearance tolerances being designed for this specific print size. Included is also a base without a hole in the bottom that can accommodate any diameter lid up to 30mm - simply add a hole in the center of the recess to fit your specific bottleneck needs.
