I'm using an adapter to fit my PC's 120mm liquid cooling radiator into a 140mm fan slot. This adapter fits perfectly with the AMD Vega Liquid radiator I purchased, allowing me to use it in my case's front fan slots without any issues. The problem was that the screw fixings provided with the radiator don't align properly with my case, but using this adapter solves the issue and allows me to clip the radiator in securely.
