Obtain the model from Archmodels vol. 101 and choose from a variety of formats such as max, c4d, obj, fbx, Mental Ray, Scanline, V-Ray, Advanced Render, or VRAYforC4D. The latter two options require Cinema 4D R11.5 or higher for rendering with the respective renderers and include textures and shaders.
