LiPo XT60 cap (battery tag, protector)

Original design was a good starting point, but I encountered issues with loose caps, possibly due to my printer's limitations. To address this problem, I redesigned the cap from scratch using FreeCAD, adjusting parameters such as wall thickness, base thickness, and inner cylinder diameter. This redesign ensures that every printed cap fits perfectly onto my XT60 (3S, 4S Tattu 1,3-1,5mAh) connectors. To achieve optimal results, I recommend experimenting with different caps available on Thingiverse, as I discovered that XT60 connectors from various manufacturers fit into these caps differently. Three types of cap files are uploaded for your reference: * Storage - labeled with an "S" (XT60_S_cap.stl) * Full - labeled with an "F" (XT60_F_cap.stl) * Blank - without any label (XT60_cap.stl) **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer Model: RepRap Kossel * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill Percentage: 50% * Notes: * Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm * Top and bottom solid thickness: 0.8mm * Wall thickness: 1.6mm
