Connect four LED strips in parallel and attach them to a 4S female balance plug using wires. Secure everything with glue, then cover it all up and seal it with epoxy. Use 100% infill to create a solid object. Translucent TPU filament is recommended for this project. This design fits most types of 1300mAh lithium-ion batteries. Using 12V LEDs works well with a 4S battery (16.8V). To avoid disrupting the balance, do not use the third pin on the balance connector, which is intended for 3S batteries only. The updated V2 version has been revised to fit 1500mAh CNHL lithium-ion batteries.
