Standard Height Lipo Posts for Schumacher Cougar KC and KD. Part No U7045. The base is slightly wider than standard ones (10mm x 10mm), which provides greater strength due to intentional design. Shorty Lipo fits perfectly as you can easily rotate the posts. Print flat on a raft, as the item is too small and it's the easiest way to separate. If printing with a 0.4 nozzle, letters should be fine (0.5mm) - see last photo. Consider using a smaller nozzle if possible. UPDATE Nov 2019: I wanted to use an under lipo weight (3mm), but the stock post was too short. So I edited the front post, making it 3mm longer by modifying it without removing the hole for the screw. Also, I edited the screw hole - now 20mm - to take a longer screw for increased strength.
