Here is a simple box model for an S4 5000MAh LiPo battery that leaves some room on the side for expansion. This extra space helps ensure the battery can expand safely without damage. You could also add a small piece of foam inside to prevent the battery from shifting around, although the straps do serve this purpose as well. On the V2 model, there are some details on both the sides and bottom that include my name and a honeycomb design. If you're interested in a version without these details, just let me know.
