I engineered this lipo protector specifically for my do-it-yourself 140 mm quad, which will be available on Thingiverse soon. It's ideal for small lipos like the Tattu 3S 450mAh 45C (max size 30.5 x 55mm) and numerous other batteries. The holes facilitate airflow to cool the battery during flight. I produced it with TPU, a flexible and extremely durable material that weighs approximately 4 grams. You can experiment with other materials as well. Good luck!
