I think this would be something SCAD folks should tackle, as it could make a fantastic parametric model. My SketchUp model is designed specifically for the Flightmax 1000 LiPo battery, but with some adjustments, you can scale it to fit your needs. The walls are only 1mm thick and still provide enough structural integrity to hold your battery securely in place. I opted not to include any mounting holes, so it's up to you to modify the model as needed - mine will likely be glued into position. On a personal note, I've found that tweaking my print settings for "Extra Shells" to zero significantly improved the overall quality of the print.
