I required a battery holder for 18650 Lithium batteries that would enable fast battery swaps while testing and categorizing recycled batteries from laptops and cordless drills. This marks my third significant revision, and I'm fairly pleased with the outcome. It utilizes nickel .375x.005" straps (www.sunstoneengineering.com part no. SN375N54 or similar) as contacts, which are easily solderable, and repurposed parts from a Lithium battery balancing adapter. The individual trays can be stacked together and secured to a piece of wood using the included countersunk screw holes. Exercise caution as the metal is sharp and will slice your hand like a scalpel!
