Lip Balm Pocket Guard

Lip Balm Pocket Guard

I got tired of constantly removing the cap from my lip balm tube only to find that its contents had been compacted into the cap, thereby shortening its lifespan. I decided to take action by redesigning my tube's operation. To use your new tube of lip balm, simply remove the cap and press a finger against the textured bottom disk. As you twist, the lip balm will flow freely. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 (completely irrelevant) Infill: 25% (completely insignificant) Notes: After printing, thoroughly clean out the tube to ensure it's relatively smooth. Use a hobby knife to carefully break off any interior or exterior edges that may be rough. You might need to twist and force the guard over your lip balm tube, but if it gets too tight, you can scale it up slightly or peel off the label. My own is pressed on tightly without needing any glue. Press it down flush on a table. The small bumpy disk then needs to be hot-glued into the concave opening in the knob.
