The Wu Sheng Temple in Xin Zhuang, mother lion. Located on the bustling old street of Xin Zhuang, the Wu Sheng Temple worships Guan Sheng Di Jun, built by Tian Zhou Gongsheng Hu Zhi Yu in 1760 during the Qianlong twenty-fifth year. In 1853, due to factional fighting and division, it was damaged. In 1866, the same emperor rebuilt it. The two stone lions have "Min Guo Ding Si Year Rebuilt" and "Jin Bao Shun Cong Zi" engraved on them, but from the face of the words alone, it is impossible to determine whether this lion was newly placed in 1937 or only renovated.
