The artifact, a bronze statue, was unearthed by J. de Morgan during excavations at the Acropolis of Susa in Iran around 1901. The relic belongs to the Achaemenid era, spanning from the sixth to fourth century BCE. Its dimensions are 10.5 cm tall, 19 cm wide, and 9 cm deep. It is currently housed at the Louvre Museum in Paris and reproduction rights have been granted by Rmn-GrandPalais/Reproduction 3D Rmn-GP for Ateliers d'art des musées nationaux and L'Agence Photo to utilize this image.
