Lio-ion 18650 2S FPV Goggles case
thingiverse
Hi, I'm thrilled to share my design for a DIY Li-Ion 18650 battery case for your FPV headset. You've probably seen in YouTube or Facebook videos how people create their own DIY battery packs for their goggles "Fat shark" style. Here, I'm sharing my two versions of 3D printed cases to protect your batteries. Version 3 - A Little Bigger and Included Screws Holes This version is a little bigger and includes screws holes to attach the two parts. Version 4 - Tight Version Supposed to Be Attached by Pressure This tight version is supposed to be attached by pressure. Enjoy! P.S. In case you want to build your own 2s Li-Ion 18650 battery pack, here's how I did it: Parts: 1 Pcs - 2s Balance Connector http://bit.ly/2sbalcon 1 Pcs - 5.5mm Male Connector http://bit.ly/batconn 1 Pcs - Short Silicon or Other Cable http://bit.ly/silcable 2 Pcs - Li-Ion 18650 Battery http://bit.ly/Liobat Solder cables according to the scheme attached in the images section. Place electrical tape to cover and protect cables. Checks to Do: With multimeter, check that the inner of the 5.5mm plug is positive and the outside is negative. You can check balance connector to give you one-time cell readout from the second wire. Well, that's how mine works! If your setup is opposite, then this scheme isn't for your setup. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1, 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I use supports only for Version 3 and Brim when I print it with ABS.
