Printing custom link belts for V-drive pulleys requires careful consideration of materials and printing settings. I've successfully printed these using Sainsmart flexible filament, but other filaments could also work well. While it's difficult to predict their durability over time, they should be sufficient in emergency situations. The standard size is 20mm at its widest point and 4mm thick, so feel free to scale as needed. To ensure optimal strength, I recommend a minimum infill of 25%.
