Linkable filament sample display

I needed a way to display various filament samples in a neat and organized manner. Something that showcased each filament strand itself, without requiring an additional storage box. To solve this problem, I created a simple design with holes for the filament strands and a jigsaw-like mechanism to hold them together. This allows users to easily combine multiple filaments into one display piece. **UPDATE 2019-09-15: Check out a new version with protected strands at [Linkable Filament Sample Display V2](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3864201)** Printing this design is easy, regardless of the material used. Simply cut the filament strands to 8-10cm and stick them into the holes. You can choose whether to show the jigsaw links or the other side, and even display strands on both sides if desired. This design comes in two versions: one with 2mm holes for 1.75mm filaments and another with 3mm holes for 2.85mm filaments. A hanging loop is also included, making it easy to hang the display on a wall. I'd love to see your longest strip of filament samples displayed using this design!
