The current design has some flaws, particularly with the non-manifold and normal face issues. To resolve this, I used Meshmixer to solidify the model and add a base layer. Two distinct versions were created: one with a larger base and another with a smaller base, each having its own unique foundation. These models were then printed at 200 microns using a Witbox.
