Liner Lock Pocket Knife

The objective of this project was to craft a pocket knife that could be 3D printed and utilized a liner lock. What an innovative proof of concept! The knife blade features a drop point design, with a thumb stud integrated into the blade itself. The cutting surface measures approximately 2.7 inches in length. This knife can be easily opened and closed using one hand alone. To release the liner lock, simply press it to the side with your thumb, just as you would on a genuine knife with a liner lock! For more information about liner locks, please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liner_lock. I have successfully printed this design and it functions perfectly. The lockup is solid and secure. Future updates will include the addition of a lanyard clip and different blade profiles (tanto, clip point, straight back). The knife displayed is an earlier version that lacked an extra washer and some refinement. However, your finished product should print without any issues. Required Parts: * Blade * Front Scale * Back Scale * Washer * Front Pin * Liner For detailed assembly instructions, please refer to the provided guide. Caution: This project is intended for discussion purposes only. I am not responsible for its use as a weapon or any other malicious activity. Update History: v1: Initial release v2: - Rear pin added, no longer integrated into the back scale - Blade now includes an embedded washer - Minor liner adjustments
