Linear track
thingiverse
This section of linear track comes with a sliding dolly on the rails, featuring a printed length of 80 mm as shown. I've made available the Sketchup file for those who want to extend this design or glue together successive short sections. As built, it works seamlessly directly from my Ender 3 printer, fitting perfectly and sliding smoothly due to the grease applied to create a better wear profile. There's hardly any noticeable side-to-side wobble at all. The track will serve as a base for my DIY rudder pedals to ride on. Printed with supports, although I think it might be possible to skip this step if your machine is well calibrated. The track was printed in PLA. A video showcasing the track can be found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOhHpIhj1Mw&feature=youtu.be
