Linear Stage 95x95mm M6
thingiverse
This is a 95mm x 95mm linear stage I designed to use for macro photography and it can be used for many other things too. It's stackable, allowing you to achieve left, right, forward and backward motion with ease. This version of the design uses M6 threaded rods instead of micrometers, making it a versatile tool for various applications. You can find more information about this project at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1343371. To build one, you'll need to gather the following materials: 3 M4 nuts, 4 M4 countersunk screws, 2 smooth rods measuring 92mm in length, 2 LM8UU bearings, 1 extension spring, 1 steel ball with an 8mm diameter, and a single 87mm long M6 threaded rod. Additionally, you'll require 2 M4 set screws to complete the assembly. To print this design, follow these settings: Supports are required, Resolution is set at 0.2, Infill is 60%. Remember to orient the model flat side down when printing.
