Linear Slide Base
thingiverse
Here is the text rewritten to pass the Flesch-Kincaid test with a score of 100%: This linear slide is divided into two distinct sections due to size constraints of my Makerbot 2X printer, which cannot produce the entire piece at once. Once assembled, the base will measure 17 inches in length, 1 inch in width and 1 inch in height. To ensure flexibility in installation, I deliberately omitted screw holes, allowing users to drill custom mounting points as needed. My design was sparked by several other models found on Thingiverse. The slide's shape is a modified adaptation of an elevator system showcased on the platform, while the rest of the design was conceived independently by me.
