thingiverse

Introducing a new 3D printed linear servo actuator, this time featuring a gear motor upgrade. The guide rails are integrated within the body for enhanced protection and stability. It's designed to activate levers or pull/push objects. The feedback gear includes a lug that slots into the potentiometer spindle. Watch the assembly video at http://youtu.be/6VY1zWZcvO0. This version is faster and stronger than its predecessor, with a 45mm stroke, about 1cm/sec speed using a 2-cell Lipo battery, and can exert up to 3kg force (as measured by a maximum capacity scale).
