Linear Recirculating Ball Bearing 10mm (from 4.5mm Steel BB's) https://youtu.be/jR-tOtsJ8MU After manufacturing the parts, pull a ball of slightly larger diameter through the grooves to smooth out the rough edges. Fasteners: 2mm x 8mm screws. The middle part can be scaled in height - resulting in bearings of varying lengths. If you print the second lid the same as the first one, you'll get a bearing with four grooves closed into one ring. If you print the second lid mirrored to the first one, each groove will form its own ring. I think the first design will contribute to more even wear on the balls. The bearing turned out to be tight, but without any play. If it's made looser, the balls will slide along the shaft. You'll need to adjust the grooves' parameters. Dimensions: Variant without middle insert: 24mm x 24mm x 16mm. The insert adds 5mm in length.
