Linear recirculating ball bearing 10mm 5row (made from 4.5mm steel BB's)\r\n\r\nhttps://youtu.be/wj5ts03exhs\r\n\r\nAfter producing the components, pull a slightly larger diameter ball through the grooves to smooth out the burrs.\r\nFasteners - 2mm x 8mm screws.\r\n\r\nIf the second lid is printed identical to the first one, it will result in a five-grooved bearing encased in a single ring.\r\nIf the second lid is printed mirror-like to the first one, each groove will form its own separate ring.\r\nI think the first design will contribute to more even wear on the balls.\r\nThe bearing turned out to be quite tight, but without any play. If it's made looser, the balls slide off the shaft. The parameters of the groove need to be adjusted.
