Linear Rail mount for standard HEVO Hotend mounts

An adaptation of sschueller's linear rail mount is being created to utilize standard mounts for the HEVO. This product has not been tested yet. On April 13, 2018: Endstops were added. The original Toolhead's sensor triggers the X Flag. Instead of the toolhead itself, the original HEVO X Flag will trigger an endstop mounted to the toolhead mount. The Y flag is for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2459636 Again, this has not been tested and was drawn from measurement only. On April 14, 2018: A split version that bolts an adapter plate onto the front was added. This should allow it to be taken on and off the rail without removing the rail. On April 15, 2018: A Fusion 360 file was added.
