Linear Rail

Linear Rail

thingiverse

This is a 3D printable linear rail that uses 88 3 mm ball bearings and 2 m3 screws. I'm planning on using these for a 3D-printed y-axis extension for an old i3, if all goes well you should be able to find more details on my profile in the future. currently, I have only used two of these combined but I'm working on combining more, and through some careful sanding and fine-tuning my slicer ive gotten the carriage to smoothly pass across the joint. P.S. Don't run the carriage off the rails or you will need to pick up 88 ball bearings ( don't ask how I know ).
