Printable parts for a linear motion guide with the MR12 (MGN12) linear rail, which is 300mm in length, and a mini MGN12H linear block carriage. See this link for reference: http://ali.pub/j2xtc. This guide mounts directly onto a standard aluminum 20x20mm profile. For double precision, check out this design on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2136372. The CAD model was created using SW2013 and can be found here: https://grabcad.com/library/linear-motion-guide-2020-2. The aluminum profile is 20x20mm in size, with a length of 400mm and a thickness of 1.8mm. It features a slot that measures 6 mm. For the belt, use GT2 760 closed-loop or open-ended options. Two pulleys are required, each featuring 20 teeth and made from GT2 material. A NEMA17 stepper motor with an 18mm shaft is necessary for this linear motion guide. Two bearings, specifically 625ZZ models, are also needed.
