Linear, MG90S Micro servo
thingiverse
Here are some universal linear actuators that utilize the Tower Pro MG90S mini servos. Each liner boasts 0-180 degrees of servo movement with 0.825" of travel. They come in left and right variations to suit your specific project requirements.\n\nTo assemble, use a Dog Bone arm that features a 1/4" diameter hole, an outside diameter of 0.400", and a thickness of 1/8" (0.125"). For secure rack holding, employ small flat washers and 4x1/4 screws.\n\nInstructions are provided below.\n\nThe top section necessitates a raft and support, while the bottom portion can be printed without any additional structure. Utilize #4 sheet metal screws to combine case components. Ears for mounting your project will also be included in this assembly.\n\nWhen engaging with the pinion gear, make sure it sits securely on the servo. The recommended method involves pushing the gear onto the servo, and then forming a gentle grasp using makeshift ribs. No screw is necessary for securing the gear to the servo, as the pressure suffices.\n\nFor accurate attachment, drill a 0.120" hole through which your #4 screw will pass, along with two more holes of 0.089"-0.093", where it will be threaded in place.
