These 3D components are fabricated to construct a Crimp Tool for 1/2 inch diameter Brass tubes. This tool is employed to crimp spacers that slide into 1/2 inch Brass tubes in place so they won't slip out of the tube. The Crimping Tool is used to build Linear Magnetic Pistons using 1/2 inch Brass tubes. Starter holes are drilled into Brass Tubes where you want to position 3D printed spacers. The Crimping Tool is used to press Brass into spacer holes which secures the spacer into position inside Brass Tubes. The central connecting piece has 1/4 inch diameter holes that can be utilized with 1/4 wooden dowels to hold the tool together. This Crimping Tool was designed to use 5/32 Center Punches made by Mayhew Steel Products, which are available at Home Depot. Zip Ties are used to secure the Center Punches to the Crimping Tool handles. These components were designed using the Freeware version of EMachineShop software package.
