The HY12UU linear bushing is used for an ongoing project (http://hci.rwth-aachen.de/meisterklasse). The case has four 4.2mm holes, and you'll need four M4x40 screws to attach it to a 5mm wood plate. Don't forget, two parts must be printed for the complete housing assembly!
