One of these linear bearings replaces two LM8UU bearings for the Anet A6 or Anet A8 bed, effectively eliminating noise, mechanical play, and weight. It consists of just two parts: a housing and a snap-in spiral bushing. Self-threaded M4 holes allow fastening with original screws. The bushing is printed using vase or spiral mode to achieve an extremely even surface without abrupt layer changes. It was created using the free Fusion 360 software, which makes it fully parametric and customizable. You can find the CAD file in the files section. There are numerous linear bearings variants available on Thingiverse, and proper credit is given for borrowing the bushing idea from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2537701. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the SCAD customizer working there, so a Fusion 360 variant was created instead.
