Upgrading my acrylic Y carriage to an all-aluminum one was necessary due to interference with the mounting of my 8mm LM8UU bearing's stepper motor on the Y axis. To facilitate easy modification, I've included my 123D design source file for you. If needed, consider downloading a Y carriage belt mount that has sufficient depth to maintain the original angle of the belt when the carriage is elevated higher than before.
