Linear bearing housings are manufactured from single, solid components. A precise 15mm diameter hole is drilled for the bearing, resulting in a snug fit with no discernible backlash. When installed, the bearing becomes securely fastened within the housing, requiring significant force to dislodge it. A small aperture located on top of the housing accommodates an M3 setscrew. The mounting holes are spaced 29mm apart and designed to accept M4 screws. Printed samples are fabricated from PA materials.
